Seth Saldivar is the founder and President of Texan Direct Lending. Seth is a life-long resident of the Houston area and graduated from the University of Houston in 2009. Seth quickly found his home in the mortgage industry and has never looked back. After spending 13 years in retail mortgage companies Seth started Texan Direct Lending, a boutique mortgage brokerage that is positioned to offer their clients the fees and rates they deserve.
